Check-Out Procedures - Remove all trash and debris from your apartment and leave counters clean. You are responsible for the return of all keys, lockboxes, gate/garage remotes and access cards. You will be charged the following rates if any of these items are not returned: 25.00USD for each key, 50.00USD for each lockbox, 50.00USD for each gate/garage remote and 30.00USD for each access card.
