An advance deposit of one nights stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights canceled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights canceled, date changes and early departures within 7 days are considered cancellations. 2010 Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy- Valid December 26, 2010 through January 2, 2011. An advance deposit of one nights stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. If the reservation is made prior to December 12, 2010, the balance of the reservation will be taken in full on December 12, 2010. If the reservation is made on December 12, 2010, or after, the full amount will be required as a deposit at the time of booking. Reservations must be canceled prior to November 26, 2010 to receive a full refund, thereafter any cancellations up to December 12, 2010 will result in forfeiture of the first nights deposit, and any cancellations on or after December 12, 2010 will result in forfeiture of entire reservation value; date changes and early departures after December 12 are considered cancellations. 2011 Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy- Valid April 24, 2011 through December 16, 2011. An advance deposit of one nights stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 5 days of arrival will forfeit their 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights canceled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights canceled, date changes and early departures within 48 hours are considered cancellations.
