Check-Out Procedures - Please remember to remove all food, trash, and personal belongings before you leave. We will wash the linens and towels and do a light cleaning on the apartment. Please leave the air conditioner at eighty degrees, or the heater left at 65 degrees.
Please place all keys and remotes on the kitchen counter in your apartment, with the exception of one key. Use this key to lock the door behind you, and then place this key in the Express Key Return envelope, which is found in the Oakwood burgundy binder. Please drop this envelope in the mail. There is a 50.00USD fee for every key, access card, or remote that is not returned.

Pet Policy -
A non-refundable one time pet fee of 300 is due for pets. For stays less than 30 nights, a fee of 10 dollars per day will be charged. The pet fee will not cover damages - all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. This includes but is not limited to flea removal, odor removal, carpet damage etc

• Canine breed and size restrictions may apply.
All Oakwood properties accept service animals with no pet fee, however, If the service animal causes any damage to the grounds or apartment, the guest is liable for the cost of damages.
