Lime Tree Bay Resort is located on the beach in Long Key, close to Long Key State Park. Regional points of interest also include Dolphin Research Center and Bud n' Mary's Dive Center.

Recreational amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools. Also located on site are a private beach, an outdoor tennis court, and a spa tub. This 3-star property has a business center. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include barbecue grills and a picnic area. A total renovation of this property was completed in 2011.
