Located in Lake Havasu City, London Bridge Resort is on a lake and close to London Bridge, Aquatic Center, and Lake Havasu Museum of History. Nearby points of interest also include Windsor Beach.

In addition to 3 restaurants, London Bridge Resort offers a coffee shop/café and a grocery. A beach bar and a poolside bar are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. The condominium resort serves breakfast each morning in the restaurant (surcharges apply). Recreational amenities include a complimentary waterpark with a waterslide, as well as 3 outdoor swimming pools. Also located on site are a golf course, an outdoor tennis court, a children's pool, and a fitness facility. Spa amenities include spa services, massage/treatment rooms, facials, and body treatments.
