Children 18 and under stay free when using existing bedding. Pet Policy - A non-refundable one time pet fee of 300 is due for pets. For stays less than 30 nights, a fee of 10 dollars per day will be charged. The pet fee will not cover damages - all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. All Oakwood properties accept service animals with no pet fee - however, If the service animal causes any damage to the grounds or apartment, the guest is liable for the cost of damages.
