Evian is located in its own private enclave in the heart of the Shipyard resort. This community-within-a-community is a 5-minute bike ride one minute by car from the beach and the fine dining and entertainment of the oceanfront. Please note that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available. For instructions regarding your keys, code, passes and other check-in information, you must contact the office at 888-433-4762 during business hours, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday in advance of check-in.
