Bluewater Resort is located on the beach in central Myrtle Beach, close to Art Museum of Myrtle Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and The Market Common. Other points of interest near this condo include Mount Atlanticus Miniature Golf and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Bluewater Resort's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include 5 outdoor swimming pools and 4 spa tubs. Also located on site are an indoor pool, a children's pool, a lazy river, and a sauna.
