Security Deposit Policy- A USD300.00 Security Deposit Is Due Upon Arrival For All Room Reservations. A Room Inspection May Be Required At The Time Of Checkout. Security Deposits Paid Via Cash Or Check Will Be Refunded Between 14 And 30 Business Days After Departure. Damage Waiver- In Lieu Of A Security Deposit Guests May Elect To Purchase A Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This Is A USD45 Non-Refundable Fee That Covers The Guest Up To USD1500 In The Event Of Accidental Damage To The Room. Registration Fee- A USD15.00 Registration Fee Plus Tax Is Due Upon Arrival And Is A Requirement For All Reservations.
