Sun N Sand Resort is located on the beach in Myrtle Beach, close to Art Museum of Myrtle Beach, The Market Common, and Myrtle Beach State Park. Other points of interest near this spa condo include Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Mount Atlanticus Miniature Golf.

Property Features.
Sun N Sand Resort features a restaurant, a beach bar, and a bar/lounge. The condo serves breakfast each morning in the restaurant (surcharges apply). Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a spa tub, and a fitness facility. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. This Myrtle Beach property has 7000 square feet of event space consisting of banquet facilities and a ballroom. Wedding services and tour/ticket assistance are available. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include multilingual staff and laundry facilities. This is a smoke-free property. A total renovation of this property was completed in June 2010.
