For instructions regarding your keys, code, passes and other check-in information, you must contact the office at 888-433-4762 during business hours, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday in advance of check-in. Some important information about your hotel - what you should know - Minimum age required at check-in is 23. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Check in location is at 20 Executive Park Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29938. Rates shown are based on two people in the room and do not include any other incidentals unless otherwise noted. Check-in at the RMC office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Hilton Head SC. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 2-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. For additional check-in information please call 1-888-433-4762.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
Please call ahead for a lock box code at 1-888-433-4762 ext 11100. Lock boxes are on the left side of the building. Look in the box marked Hilton Head Accommodations for after hours check-in packets.
Guarantee Policy: Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at time of check-out.
