Summer brings tennis on our two lighted courts, excellent trout fishing, golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking. All just minutes from Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club.
There are a few rooms that are pet-friendly, but there are additional fees. Pet-friendly rooms are not guaranteed. Studio/2 bath loft
Our Studio Loft units are set up to sleep a maximum of 4 people. The loft is set up to serve as a master bedroom with either a king or queen bed, a full bathroom, and is semi private. The downstairs has another full bathroom, dining room, living room and kitchen. Unit bedding includes 1 king or queen bed and 1sleeper sofa or bunk beds. Max Guests 4
1 bedroom/2 bath condo
Our One Bedroom units feature a private master bedroom with a king or queen bed and a full bathroom. The living room is set up with either a couch bed or bunks that are set into an alcove for additional sleeping. There is also a 2nd full bathroom off of the living area. Unit bedding includes 1king or queen bed and 1sofa sleeper or bunk beds. Max Guests 4
1 bedroom/2 bath condo with loft
Our One Bedroom with Loft units have a master bedroom with a bathroom upstairs. The loft is adjacent to the master bedroom and has bed configurations varying from a queen with bunks or bunk/double combination. Unit bedding varies. Unit sleeps 4. Max Guests 4
2 bedroom/2 bath condo
Our Two Bedroom units come in two forms, Town-homes and Flats. The Town-home model is two stories with the bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. The living room, kitchen and a 2nd bathroom are upstairs. The Flat model is all on one level with bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. Unit bedding varies. Unit sleeps 6. Max Guests 6
2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo with loft
These units reside on the top floor and are two levels. The master bedroom is on the main floor with its own bathroom and has either a king or a queen bed. The second bedroom is off of the loft and has a king or queen bed. 2nd bedrooms are semi private. Unit bedding varies. Unit sleeps 10. Max Guests 10

Check in time is 5 pm. Early check-ins may be available if your unit is ready. Check-out time is 10 am FIRM. Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
If you plan to arrive after office hours, a lock box is located just outside our office door for your convenience. Please call ahead for the current combination or refer to your confirmation. A member of our staff is on duty 24 hours.
Guarantee Policy: Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at time of check-out.
