Policies and Disclaimers

• credit card guarantee and valid identification required for
all reservations and/or check-ins • the front desk is open
8am -10pm, for after hours check in please contact
hotel. • cancellations must be made by 12pm three days before
arrival to avoid the 100 percent of stay penalty. 14 day
cancellation and 30 days cancellation policies apply to
special events, black out days and/or holidays. Reservations
placed online must also be cancelled or modified online. • no
shows and same day of cancellations will also incur the 100
percent of stay penalty • regular check-in time is from
4pm-9pm. Early check ins or late checkouts may be available
based upon availability, but not guaranteed. If available,
late check out past noon carries a flat fee based on the
time of checkout by 12pm is 50.00 usd, by 1pm is 75.00 usd
and by 2pm120.00 usd.there are no later check outs than 2pm.
• if you will not be arriving by 6pm, please call with your
estimated arrival time prior to our office closing at 10pm
or make arrangements for a late arrival with guaranteed
payment. • full payment for the nights reserved will be taken
upon check in • all rates are subject to Pacific Grove lodging
tax of 10 percent per room night, plus an additional 1.00
usd per room night tourism assessment fee • all rates are
based upon occupancy, so rates will fluctuate-special rates
apply to some weekends, holidays, and special events. • the
number of guests occupying any given room must be known to
the front desk and must not exceed the maximum occupancy of
the room, including children. Rooms found to have extra
occupants will be charged 20.00 usd per person. Rollaway
beds and cribs are an addition charge of 20.00 usd per
night. • rooms on the ground floor have a maximum occupancy of
two with the exception on 2 adults and 1 infant. • all rooms
are non smoking, and pets are not permitted • non-refundable
cleaning fees will be charged for rooms showing evidence of
