This resort is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach and is just a short walk from all of the attractions in the area. There are twenty-eight luxury condominium units located on the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the beach and pier that overlook the calm blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Each unit at Soundside Holiday Beach Resort offers a spectacular view of the Sound and features a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances which include a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and a washer and dryer. All of our units have a screened in balcony that over looks the water. Unit bedding includes one king bed, two twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa. Max guests- 6.
There is a 35.00 USD cleaning fee.

5. Merge onto CR-399 E/Gulf Breeze Pkwy toward Pensacola Bch./Ft. Pickens.
6. CR-399 E/Gulf Breeze Pkwy becomes FL-399 E, Portions toll.
7. Turn Right onto Avenida 11.
8. Turn Right onto Maldonado Dr.
9. Turn Right onto Avenida 10.
10. Turn Left onto FL-399 W/Via De Luna Dr.
