Hotel Description
Highlands at spectrum offers 2 bedroom 2 bathroom
suites these range in size from 1074 sq ft to 1096 sq
ft. They are completely furnished and include all
housewares. They also include full size washer and
dryer full kitchen with microwave and icemaker. We
offer 2 different floorplans both sleep up to 6
people. Amenities include television with cable in
each bedroom and in the living room. High speed
internet access at no extra charge as well as a dvd
player in each unit. We are brand new community
located in Gilbert arizona right off of val vista and
the 202 loop. Each suite has private patio or balcony
and a covered parking space. We are a gated community
and guest have access to 24 fitness center as well as
a pool jacuzzi and billiard room. We offer
complimentary coffee and cookies daily from 0700am
until 0600pm monday through friday 0900am -0500pm
saturday and 1000am-0500 pm on sunday. We are located
close to shopping restaurants and Gilbert mercy
hospital.
