These luxury townhomes are rated excellent and are located in the residential area of the mountain village. Please note that check-in is at 675 Snapdragon Way, Steamboat Springs CO. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- 3 bedroom - USD 50.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays longer that 2 nights. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. - After Hours Check-In Procedure Check in at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office at 675 Snapdragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check in information.
