Hotel Description
Each Winterwood Townhome comes equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace, private Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, steam shower, private sauna, washer/dryer and beautiful woodside seclusion. These three level, two bedroom/three bathroom townhomes are rated excellent. Additionally, we allow our Winterwood guests to use the Scandinavian Lodges outdoor pool and hot tub, just 200 yards up Burgess Creek Road. During the winter months a complimentary shuttle takes guests to the slopes during the ski day and to town in the evening. Please note that check-in is located at 675 Snap Dragon Way, Steamboat Springs CO.
The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays: 2 bedroom - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays longer than two nights.
A pet fee of USD 50.00 per pet will be collected for all condominiums and townhomes. - 2 bedroom/3 bath townhome
This three level 2 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, steam shower, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and private sauna. Enjoy cable TV and complimentary internet access. Complimentary shuttle during the winter. Unit bedding varies. Unit sleeps 6.

From HDN 27E
1. Start out going NORTHWEST on ROUTT RD/CR-51A toward US-40.
2. Turn RIGHT onto US-40 E.
3. Exit US Hwy. 40 onto Mt. Werner Rd.
4. Proceed east toward the mountain for 1/4 mile
5. Turn left on Resort Dr.
6. Take your first left into the parking lot.
7. Continue past the first building on your right.
8. Pioneer Ridge front desk is located in the next stone, stucco and wood sided building
9. End at 675 Snap Dragon Way.

- Check-In Procedure
All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office located at 675 Snap Dragon Way, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
- After Hours Check-In Procedure
Check in at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office 675 Snap Dragon Way, Steamboat Springs, CO. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check in information.
