Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. Room fees and a 100.00 usd refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 usd deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold.
