Global Resort Homes requires all guests arriving within 7 days of booking to check in at the corporate office located at 8555 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy between the hours of 9am-6.30pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-4.30pm Sunday.
Verification of drivers license and a valid credit card is required at check-in for all properties. Global Resort Homes will NOT leave a check-in packet for after-hour arrivals for any guests arriving within 7 days of booking.
A damage waiver fee of USD 30.00 will be collected at check-in. A USD 100.00 cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. USD 300.00 security deposit due at check-in.
