Each guest room features a queen size bed and hypoallergenic rooms are available. A Keurig coffee maker and an IPod docking station/alarm clock make the morning rush a little easier. Stay connected using the high-speed wired and wireless LMI access and access-controlled internet plus unlimited long distance calling. The flat-screen TV in your room can be used as a computer monitor or to watch your favorite shows. ADA Accessibility information We have accessible parking in our garage and in front of the building. All facilities are accessible by elevator. Front desk has a low counter. All doorways in building are at least 32in wide with no threshold. Door handles in ADA rooms are lower than 48in and usable with on hand. There is 18in of clear floor space on pull side of door. There is 36in wide space around the bed. Drapery wands and controls/fixed lamps/HVAC controls are located 54in off the floor. The in-room wardrobe armoire rod and shelf does not exceed 54in off the floor. The armoire holds a table top ironing board/iron plus hair dryer and extra pillows. Bathroom fixtures are easy to grasp/twist/pull. The toilet has a horizontal grab bar 42in long and mounted 34in above the floor. Bathroom sink is no more than 34in high with 29in high clearance under front edge. Towels and bath mat are hung near the sink and amenities are placed on a shower shelf. Accessible rooms have roll-in showers - free of curbs or lips - with maneuverable shower head mounted 42in above the floor. Shower seats/Alarm clocks with bed shakers/Telephone Teletypewriter/Telephone amplifier/and visual notification devices for door knocks/Phone calls/Smoke detector/Fire alarm are available.
