There are no cleaning fees for stays longer than 2 nights. - Check In Procedure Guests must check-in/out at Pioneer Ridge Mgmt. at the Fish Creek Office- 675 Snapdragon Way. Please have conf. number and ID. Check-in 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. - After Hours Check In Procedure Check-in at Pioneer Ridge Management Office 675 Snapdragon Way. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check in information.
