Family rentals only. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Extra charges- Non-refundable Damage Waiver 55.00 USD plus tax. Personal chefs and child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent. -1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo

Check-in is between 3pm-5pm. Check-out is at 10am. All reservations require a credit card at the time of check-in. There is a 55.00 USD plus tax non-refundable damage waiver payable at the time of check-in. Check-in at Newman-Dailey Office. Minimum age required at check in is 25.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
If arriving after hours please contact resort at 1-800-225-7652 before your arrival to Destin to gain access to the lock box codes. All after hour arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day.
