This professionally managed resort is brought to you by ResortQuest. Topsl Beach and Racquet Club Resort is luxury living at its best. Located in beautiful Miramar Beach, part of the quieter side of Destin, Topsl Beach and Racquet Club Resort offers a vacation oasis on the Florida coast. While Miramar Beach enjoys its place as a more subdued part of the area, it remains close to golf courses, great shopping, and fun activities for the kids.
This world-class resort features studio, two and three bedroom units with designer interiors. Studio units feature a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, whirlpool tubs and glass-enclosed showers. Two and three bedroom units include a washer/dryer, whirlpool tubs and private balconies. Non-smoking units are available. Special amenities at the resort include a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck, two gas grills and more. Beach service is available upon request with a fee- includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Please note that complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is available in all units except the Tennis Villas 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, which has access only in the fitness center. Front desk hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sunday. Please note that a USD 111.22 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
Beginning Monday, January 9 at 8 am, the main entrance to and exit from Topsl will be closed for 4-6 weeks. All incoming and outgoing traffic will be routed through the parking lot of the Ocean Club, just east of the Topsl main entrance. Please use extreme caution when entering and exiting Topsl during this construction. The following work is scheduled- The entrance lane to Topsl from Highway 98 will be widened, the median will be reconfigured, and new pavers will be installed in the entrance and exit lanes. Policies and Disclaimers
- Check In Procedure
Check-in-is between 4pm and 7pm. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for total rental time. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. Check-out is before 10 am.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
When the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box, using an adjacent phone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.
Guarantee Policy: Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at time of check-out.
