Hotel Description
Seabrook Island is a private resort community just 21 miles from historic Charleston, SC. Edged by uncrowded beaches and pristine sand dunes, this beautiful island is a perfect place for a family, golf or tennis vacation, or a reunion or wedding.
Guests can enjoy world-class tennis courts at the Tennis Center, and play either of the two verdant golf courses on the island, as well as several other local courses. The Equestrian Center on the island offers both trail rides for all riding levels, and beach rides for more experienced riders. The Bohicket Marina has shopping and dining, and several water tours leave from the docks. There is great shopping and dining at Freshfields Shopping Village.
Within a short ride, guests can participate in wine tastings or visit the only Tea Plantation in America. The Angel Oak, perhaps the oldest living thing east of the Mississippi, is a quick car ride away. Downtown Charleston offers shopping, dining, art, music, dance and theatre only 45 minutes from Seabrook Island.
Our comfortable villas are between 25 yards and 3 miles from the beach, and offer a respite for guests looking to lose themselves in the lush woodlands, placid lagoons and tranquil marshes, or enjoy the 3-mile expanse of beach bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Dolphins and pelicans are familiar sights along the coast, and deer are often seen browsing along the edge of the woods or drinking at an island pond.
All properties offer completely furnished living and dining areas, and have fully equipped kitchens which include cookware, silverware and dishes. Amenities include color cable TV, VCR or DVD player, telephone, microwave, and central heating and air conditioning. All linens except beach towels are provided and, in most properties, a washer/dryer. Non-smoking properties are available upon request. 1. Start out going EAST on INTERNATIONAL BLVD toward AIR CARGO LN.
2. Merge onto I-526 W toward SAVANNAH.
3. Turn RIGHT onto SAVANNAH HWY/US-17 S/US-17 S.
4. Turn SHARP LEFT onto MAIN RD.
5. MAIN RD becomes BOHICKET RD.
6. BOHICKET RD becomes BETSY KERRISON PKWY.
7. Enter next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto VILLAGE GREEN LN.
8. Turn RIGHT onto FRESHFIELDS DR.

- Check In Procedure
Guests must check in at our office in Freshfields Shopping Village. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 10am. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available before 4 pm delays may occur due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Minimum age required for check-in is 25.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
The front desk is staffed from 730 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. Guests arriving after 8 pm must call our office at 1-843-5000 ext. 3300 before 7 pm the day of arrival to make arrangements for a late check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 25.
