If you have booked through one of our global booking network partners such as expedia, orbitz, verizo, tourworld etc., please email- usJennervacationrentals.com or, call- 707-865-9905 to obtain driving directions, area information and check-in protocols. please note that rates do not include a one time cleaning fee depending on the size of the rental home that range from 45 for our one bedroom and studio rentals to 155 for our largest 4 bedroom rental home. A subsequent cleaning fee and tax will be charged after your initial booking. In addition, the county of sonoma charges a 9 pct bed tax on all bookings. Tenant rental agreement payment- all bookings will be charged in full within 48 hours of booking. Cancellation policy- payments for bookings are refundable only when Jenner Vacation Rentals can book a replacement. Given adequate time we are often able to re-book, however there is no certainty that this will occur. If the date can be re-booked the fee for cancellation is 50 plus a 5 pct bank card processing fee of the total amount charged. Guests- due to septic, parking, and neighboring issues our rentals can only accomodate the number of guests that the rental sleeps. housekeeping fees for housekeeping are used to clean the premises after your stay. They include laundry, vacuuming, and general housekeeping. Housekeeping services are do not include dishwashing. If dishes are left there will be an additional 15 charge. When excess cleaning time is required an additional fee will be charged accordingly to time needed to restore to cleaned condition. An example of this would be wax removal due to candle drippings.
