Choose from 2 to 4 bedroom condos or town homes, or 3 to 7 bedroom homes with private pools. Dining and shopping choices are just a short drive away. Golf courses abound, with all levels of play to choose from. All Disney parks are no more than 10 miles away, with SeaWorld and Aquatica just as close. Universal Studios is about 17 miles away, a short drive on Interstate 4. Polk County offers many diverse things to do such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower and all kinds of water sports on the hundreds of lakes. Whether you are coming to Orlando for business or pleasure, this community has what you are looking for. There is a 150.00 USD non-refundable pet fee. Please note that in peak season, your vacation home may not be ready at 4pm. Check-in may be delayed up to two hours. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to your arrival. Your comfort is our utmost concern and we wish to provide this to you at all levels. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that there is a pet friendly unit available upon request. Additional fees to be collected at time of check-in- 75.00 USD Property Protection Fee. If you do not wish to pay the 75.00 non-refundable Property Protection Fee, you must still provide a valid credit card for a 500.00 refundable deposit. - Check In Procedure
Check-in is at 4pm on your day of arrival and check-out is at 11am. You must call 1-877-389-9220 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your reservation and get driving directions and lockbox informaton for your vacation home. The check-in office is open Mon-Fri until 5pm.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
If you plan to arrive after 5pm on Mon-Fri, please call us at 1-877-389-9220 at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so we can check you in ahead of time. Saturday, Sunday and holiday check-ins should also call us so we can get you checked in before 7pm.
Guarantee Policy: Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at time of check-out.
