A private residence rental at 1849 Condos offers mountain living comfort within steps of world-class outdoor recreation. Mammoth Mountain offers a full service ski lodge, ski lifts and Village Gondola are located only 200 yards from our front door. In the summer, the Mountain transforms into a hiking and mountain biking playground. Whether you are traveling to Mammoth Lakes for a winter ski trip or a Yosemite National Park adventure, 1849 Condos is the perfect base camp for your vacation.
1849 Condos has a recreation area with multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated swimming pool, saunas, ping-pong table and lounge with a big screen TV. Reserve the lounge for your family function, at no additional charge to you. The 1849 Condos property has plenty of area for playing, as well as a private sledding hill. We invite you to relax by a roaring fire or unwind in one of our hot tubs.
Check-in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the front desk. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 3pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning and/or maintenance issues. Please have a drivers license available upon check-in. Person checking in must be 21 years of age.
Please note that the tennis court will not be opertational for the summer of 2010.

Driving Directions
From MMH 9N
1. Take U.S. Hwy 395 N to State Route 203
2. Turn West towards the town of Mammoth Lakes
3. State Route 203 turns into Main Street.
4. Turn right at the 3rd stoplight onto Canyon Blvd.
5. Take the second left onto Lakeview Blvd.
6. Go to the top of the hill and you will see the 1849 Condos sign on the right side of the road. 1849 Condos is the last condo complex on Lakeview Blvd. If you reach the mountain, you have gone too far.
7. End at 826 Lakeview Blvd.
