The units are directly on the beach, approximately 100 yards from the Gulf. Guests must cross a small wooden bridge over the stream that runs from Cam Creek Lake to access the Gulf beach. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in is located at 4514 E. County Hwy. 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
