These beautiful condos are fully furnished and come equipped with a washer/dryer and all high-end appliances. Each unit offers fully stocked kitchens with cookware, plates, cups, utensils, a microwave, oven, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator. Eat at the amazing dining table or granite bar. All house wares, linens, hair dryer, bath and pool towels are provided plus all units include outdoor patio. This resort has two resort style pools with a kiddie splash park. Stay in any of our 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos- all of which are just steps away from the club house that includes a sparkling pool area, fitness center, Internet cafe, and barbecue grills. We offer concierge services, which also include theme park ticket sales.
Please note that there will be a USD 75.00 cleaning fee to be collected at check-in.
Guest will also be responsible for either a USD 300.00 authorization fee for any property damages to the condo, which will be released after guest departure. Or, guests may choose to pay a one time non-refundable USD 60.00 damage waiver, which will cover up to USD 1,000.00 accidental or inadvertent damages.

If you arrive after our office is closed, please collect your arrival pack from the lockbox located outside our office. Be sure to collect only the envelope with your name on it. If there is no envelope with your name, please call 1-407-390-9000, follow the prompts to leave an emergency message. 2. Take the ramp toward SOUTH EXIT/SR-417-TOLL.
3. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto S ACCESS RD.
4. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto BOGGY CREEK RD.
5. Take the SR-417-TOLL S ramp toward I-4 S/TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD.
6. Merge onto FL-417 TOLL S/CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENEWAY- portions toll.
7. Merge onto I-4 W via the exit on the LEFT toward TAMPA.
8. Take the CR-532 W exit, EXIT 58.
9. Merge onto CHAMPIONS GATE BLVD.
10. Turn RIGHT onto RONALD REAGAN PKWY/CR-54/LOUGHMAN RD.

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Photo ID, credit card, and a cleaning fee are due upon check-in. Please call 407-390-9000 prior to arrival for details. Office hours are M-F 9am-5pm. Sat. 10am-2pm. Rooms availability is not guaranteed right away at 4pm. Check-in is located at 2436 Sand Mine Rd.
