The slow paced, relaxing accommodations, create an unforgettable Cape Cod vacation for young and old alike. Play tennis, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball, or enjoy a dip in the pool, swim or lounge on the private beach. Spend your day shopping in the stores in Provincetown center, sightsee, bike the trails, whale watch, fish, or take in the local attractions. Plenty of time to keep in touch with the real world with wireless Internet resort-wide. Bring along the pail and shovel as Sandcastle is kid friendly. The Sandcastle Resort was built in the late 1950s and was run as a hotel until 1978 when it was converted to a time share resort. Although we are not a 5 star or Gold Crown resort, we are a beachfront resort on lower Cape Cod. Our Cape Cod decor is rustic and quaint. Some units are smaller than other resorts, but they are clean and well equipped for an enjoyable vacation, so let the fun begin.
Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that there are fees for daily housekeeping and for using the phone. 1 bedroom
This one bedroom suite offers all the amenities of home but is only steps away from the beach. The suites range in size from 554-620 sq. ft. There are no elevators on the property. Pets, Rollerblades, skateboards, scooters and candles are not allowed. Unit bedding varies. Unit sleeps 6. Max Guests 6
Studio
These studios are 272-310 sq. ft. and equipped with kitchenette, Murphy bed, sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs. Some units do not have A/C. There are no elevators on the property. From PVD 125 NE
1. Start out going WEST on AIRPORT CONNECTOR RD.
2. Merge onto I-95 N toward PROVIDENCE.
3. Merge onto I-195 E via EXIT 19 toward EAST PROVIDENCE/CAPE COD.
4. Merge onto MA-25 E via EXIT 22A toward CAPE COD.
5. MA-25 E becomes MA-28 S.
6. Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto MA-6A E/SANDWICH RD/OLD KINGS HWY.
7. Turn RIGHT onto MID CAPE CONN.
8. Merge onto US-6 E/MID-CAPE HWY.
9. Enter next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto US-6 E/STATE HWY.
10. Turn RIGHT onto SHORE RD/MA-6A. Continue to follow MA-6A.
11. End at 929 COMMERCIAL ST on the LEFT.

- Check In Procedure
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. If you arrive before 4pm your room may not be ready due to maintenance. A cc imprint is required for security deposit, unit key/s and phone. Provided there are no damages, lost keys or unpaid phone charges, no fees will be charged to your card. Min. age is 21.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
You must call the front desk before 9pm on Sun.-Fri. and before 10pm on Saturday if you will be arriving late. The front desk will give you instructions at that time on where you can find your key.
Guarantee Policy: Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at time of check-out.
