Near the airport, Villa Italia Hotel is located in Miami Beach's South Beach neighborhood and close to Jewish Museum of Florida, Miami Beach Convention Center, and Port of Miami. Additional points of interest near this hotel include Lummus Park Beach and South Pointe Park.

Villa Italia Hotel features multilingual staff, tour/ticket assistance, and express check-in. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas. Guest parking is available for a surcharge. Other property amenities at this Art Deco property include express check-out. This is a smoke-free property. A total renovation of this property was completed in February 2011.

12 air-conditioned guestrooms at Villa Italia Hotel feature iPod docking stations and laptop-compatible safes. Accommodations offer city or courtyard views.
