Located in Florida Pines off highway 27, Florida Pines is the ideal family vacation home for families wanting to be close to the nearby theme parks yet stay in the countryside. The pool, which is fully screened, can be heated for an additional supplement which is recommended in the cooler months. The garage has even been converted into a games room, which features a pool table. The community also benefits from a community pool and a play area for children.
Minimum age required for check-in is 21 years. Check-in is located at 2436 Sand Mine Road in Davenport.
If you arrive after our office is closed, please collect your arrival pack from the lockbox located outside our office. Be sure to collect only the envelope with your name on it. If there is no envelope with your name, please call 407-390-9000, follow the prompts to leave an emergency message. A representative will return your call and assist you.
Please note that there will be a USD 80.00 cleaning fee to be collected at check-in. Also, pool heating is available upon request for a USD 20.00 fee. 4 Bedroom/3 bath home

1. Start out going SOUTH on AIRPORT BLVD.
2. Take the ramp toward SOUTH EXIT/SR-417-TOLL.
3. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto S ACCESS RD.
4. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto BOGGY CREEK RD.
5. Merge onto SR-417-TOLL S/CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENEWAY toward I-4/TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD. This is a toll road and toll is approximately USD 3.00.
6. Merge onto I-4 W via the exit on the LEFT toward TAMPA.
7. Take the CR-532 exit, EXIT 58, toward POINCIANA/KISSIMMEE.
8. Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on CHAMPIONS GATE BLVD.
9. Turn RIGHT onto RONALD REAGAN PKWY/CR-54 W/LOUGHMAN RD.
10. Turn RIGHT onto US-27 N.
11. Turn LEFT onto SAND MINE RD.
12. End at 2436 SAND MINE RD is on the RIGHT.

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Photo ID, credit card, and a cleaning fee are due upon check-in. Please call 407-390-9000 prior to arrival for details. Office hours are M-F 9am-5pm. Sat. 10am-2pm. Rooms availability is not guaranteed right away at 4pm. Check-in is located at 2436 Sand Mine Rd.
- After Hours Check In Procedure
For arrivals outside regular business hours, you will be able to access your arrival package from the lockbox located outside our office door. Please call ahead to receive the lockbox code 1-407-390-9000.
Guarantee Policy: Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of stay at time of check-out.
