Block Island accommodation service is Block Islands premier
reservation service offering everything from a double bed
and shared-bath room to a single-family home. Our charming
bed and breakfasts and rental homes are the perfect choice
for romantic getaways wedding accommodations girls weekends
and family reunions. With all of our inns being just a
five-minute walk to town there could not be a better
location peaceful and quiet but just 5 minutes to the
restaurants shops beach and water sports. Each guest room
apartment and cottage has its own unique decor with special
amenities such as kitchens kitchenettes sleigh beds and
porches. Each apartment or cottage has a fully equipped
kitchen as well as a relaxing living area. In the summer
months as well as spring and fall weekends all of our guest
rooms do include a continental breakfast. If you have booked
an apartment or home breakfast is also available for a
minimal charge. As innkeepers we are dedicated to making
your stay not only at our inns and homes but on Block Island
and unforgettable fun-filled trip and would be happy to
assist you to the best of our abilities with any special
requests that you may have.

Driving Directions
If arriving on the pt. Judith or new london ferries walk
straight out of the parking lot onto the main street water
st. And take a left. At the stop sign and the statue of
rebecca take a sharp right onto high st. The bellevue house
is just up the hill on the right hand side.

Policies and Disclaimers
-general policy
deposit policy- for stays of 2 nights or more we take a
deposit of half the total with the other half due upon
arrival. For a one night stay we take the deposit in full.
cancellation policy- guest rooms- if cancelled two weeks
prior we refund your deposit minus a 25.00 usd cancellation
fee less than 2 weeks if we can re-rent your room we will
refund your deposit minus a 25.00 usd cancellation fee.
apartment and cottages- if more than a 2-night stay is
cancelled before may 1st we will refund your deposit minus a
25.00 usd cancellation fee. If cancelled after may 1st we
must re-rent your unit in order to refund your deposit minus
a 25.00 usd cancellation fee. To cancel a 2 night stay or
less 2 weeks in advance we will refund your deposit minus a
25.00 usd cancellation fee less than 2 weeks if we can
re-rent your unit we will refund your deposit minus a 25.00
usd cancellation fee.
