Check In 1530 Check Out 1100 . 4 day advance booking is required . 30 night minimum stay is required . Pet Policy Canine breed and size restrictions may apply. A non-refundable one time pet fee of 300USD is due for pets. The pet fee will not cover damages all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. This includes but is not limited to flea removal, odor removal, carpet damage etc . All Oakwood properties accept service animals with no pet fee however, If the service animal causes any damage to the grounds or apartment, the guest is liable for the cost of damages. . Check In/Arrival Procedures Due to the uniqueness of Oakwood properties, we request that the guests email address and phone number be added to the service request field of all reservations. . An Oakwood representative will be contacting the guest within 3 business days with arrival instructions. The guest will also be required to complete a credit card authorization prior to arrival. . 11 percent state tax based on per room per night is included in rates for stays of 30 nights or more. A 30 night minimum stay is required for all reservations. . 10 percent commission is paid on all commissionable rates up to 350.00USD.
