An Oakwood representative will be contacting the guest within 3 business days with arrival instructions. The guest will also be required to complete a credit card authorization prior to arrival.

11 percent room tax based on per room per night is included in the rates for stays of 30 nights or more. A 30 night minimum stay is required for all reservations.

10 percent commission is paid on all commissionable rates up to 350.00USD.
