Special Internet Rates save you money. Because of the large number of lodging reservations we process, we are able to negotiate special rates with the properties. We guarantee our Special Internet Rates are the lowest you can find. To secure your reservation at this low rate, we require up-front payment with your credit card. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not "bumped" or "overbooked."
Booking a room marked as a Special Internet Rate gives you both savings and security. You can't beat that!
Special Internet Rate Price Guarantee
Special Internet Rate reservations booked through Interactive Affiliate Network are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find. If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same hotel, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your "Special Internet Rate" reservation. After verifying the lower rate, we will, at our choice, either match the lower rate or cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee. This guarantee only applies to rates indicated as "Special Internet Rates." It does not apply to special events such as New Year's, the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, JazzFest, etc. To learn more or to claim a guarantee, read below.

- What are the requirements for claiming the Price Guarantee?
- You must have already booked a prepaid reservation identified as a "Special Internet Rate"
- The completed Price Guarantee Form must be submitted within 24 hours of the confirmed booking.
- The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (ex: same hotel, same date and same room type).
- If I am able to confirm a lower rate, how do I contact you?
- Fill out the on-line Price Guarantee Form.
- When can I expect to receive a response?
- We will respond via email within 4 hours during regular business hours, or if outside of regular business hours, we will reply the next business day.
- How is my credit issued?
- Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
